Workaround for Coinbase bitcoin payouts

Since some customers have submitted support tickets, I wanted to post a temporary workaround for Coinbase bitcoin payouts.
Customers who are owed bitcoins who have a Coinbase account connected can disconnect their Coinbase account. They will then be able to enter a payout address in the "bitcoin" payout addresses row. Once saved, bitcoins will be sent to the address, instead of Coinbase, starting with the next standard payout time.
Unfortunately, there is no current workaround to the dollar payouts owed through Coinbase. We are continuing to escalate the situation with Coinbase and hope to have a solution for those - but since the first ticket was submitted to Coinbase 33 days ago, there is no ETA at this time.
Until Coinbase replies to our tickets, I recommend that customers do not associate new accounts with Coinbase. We'll post more updates in the forums as we receive them. The current status, and an explanation of what is happening is located at viewtopic.php?f=11&t=5967.
