Temporary stop for bitcoin mining

I temporarily disabled bitcoin mining, so that the SHA-256 algorithm is primarily mining bitcoin cash right now. Profitability is likely to be off by less than 1% for a few hours.

Chris is setting up a test environment to try to duplicate why a "lost" bitcoin block was submitted. This block was "lost" because it was submitted to the daemon at too low a difficulty, so no money was actually wasted. Until we know why blocks that are too easy are being submitted to the daemon, we're going to perform an investigation as a precaution.

We hope to have bitcoin mining enabled again in 12 or 18 hours, if Chris is able to produce the test case. Other than bitcoin being offline, the primary impact is that we're going to have to delay the Coinbase solution for another day to divert manpower to this issue, and we apologize for that. Check back here tomorrow for an update!
