Chris is currently in Montreal for his annual video gaming trip, and therefore we are in "reduced support mode." During periods of reduced support, issues involving losses of money are addressed immediately, but other tickets may see delays of up to three days. Payout issues with specific low-balance coins, in particular, may see a response on July 30. No money will be lost in any case, but corrections or payouts could require some time. Please be aware of this possibility while mining during the reduced support period.
