i had used this password argument
a=scrypt d=1024 h=1000
but i'm getting No valid shares yet

First question....is it a scrypt miner?
Just use port 3333 and no need for any password at all.
Try that first. And you may have to let it go for up to 2 hours for the calculations to resolve into a stable hashrate.

d=1024 is too low for scrypt static difficulty on this pool, the lowest static difficulty you can set is 8192. if you set it too low it goes to the default starting difficulty on dynamic, 65536. you can try refreshing the page if you know the miner is working properly.

i did what you sed but still no valid shares yet

I guess wait longer than 5 seconds for the hashrate to be computed?
I've had to wait up to 2 hours in the past before I got a stable/reliable/usable hashrate that was near what the ASIC UI said I was running.
