Change in forum rules

I wanted to announce that there will be a change in forum rules, beginning tomorrow.

At CSZiggy's suggestion, we thought that it would be appropriate to limit the number of posts in a thread to those containing new content only. It will no longer be permissible to make additional posts to a thread that simply remind people that a deadline is approaching without any new information. All posts must contain some novel idea or else they may be at risk of deletion.
