Problem with WAMP server

We're trying to figure out what's wrong with the WAMP server, which provides the live balances. We're investigating and will provide more information shortly.
We were able to get the system back to fully functional by restarting everything, but we don't know why it keeps getting to the point where no live coin status updates are being published, and why that started within the past few days.
I'm going to spend the day today trying to reproduce the issue. If it happens again on the production environment, then we now have more debug data to look into it. Chris will investigate share corrections later today.
