Delayed support on weekdays until August 20

Chris is away on vacation in Montreal this week, and I wish him the best of luck on his hard-earned trip.

Unfortunately, that means that nobody is available to cover customer service requests except for a few hours beginning at 9pm Eastern on weekdays. Therefore, if you request support on a weekday, we will get back to you the next night at 9:00. If you request support on Saturday or Sunday, the response time should be much shorter.
