I noticed this problem too - it looks like it's an exchange issue.
While I don't have access to it now, Chris will look into it at 9:00. We apologize for the delay.

I got home and investigated this problem.
It turns out that there were two separate causes. The coins other than bitcoins got stuck because of a known bug that I fixed and deployed. Those coins are waiting for the blockchains to confirm the exchange withdrawals and will be paid within a few hours.
The bitcoins are reporting a shortfall of a small amount that varies, like 0.1. Most likely, some coins that were mined did not get sold. Chris will be available soon. If the cause of the bitcoin shortfall was simply bad luck, we'll pull money from my bank account and tomorrow's normal payout should include the balances.
