Notifications offline until 9pm EDT

We just released the website that provides support for notifications. However, the notifications won't be processed until 9:00pm EDT, because we want to make sure that what we've released thus far is working.
Processing notifications requires changes to the trader and payout code, which is risky and needs our full attention. We'll post back here when notifications start to be processed.
