Pool acting strange/error in daily payouts

Post by jstone02 » Thu Jun 18, 2015 6:20 pm

I've been mining bitcoin on Prohashing for a few months, and never had any issues until recently. I have about 28000 mintcoins sitting on the site, which was about half the payout threshold at the time. They have been on prohashing for about 3-4 days. I made sure to triple check the payout addresses, as well as check the ignore payout threshold box on the settings tab. I also have 241,397.52514725 DOGED that was scheduled for payout this morning. I also noticed early this morning (2-5 amish), while I was mining hyperstake, the pool was paying me about 700-800 % more than what I should have been making at my 50 MHz daily average. I quickly earned $ 2.50 worth of hyperstake in a few hours. I'm not complaining or anything :), but if this is a bug, i'm afraid it may be detrimental to the pool itself. I like this pool and don't want anything to happen to it. Do I need to provide a screenshot on my account balances to provide proof of ownership? This is my first time posting on the fourms, so I'm not familiar with the procedure on resolving payout issues.

Thanks for pointing this out. I forgot to make a post about this earlier.

When I was transferring the daemons to the new server, I accidentally installed Digitalcoin V2.0 instead of Digitalcoin V3.0. Since it was the wrong fork, the difficulty was very low, and it caused profitability to be incorrectly high. I am correcting the balances right now so that the Digitalcoin profitability is the same as the profitability as the rest of the day. Since it occurred for such as short period of time, it should not affect user earnings that much.

I will let you and everyone else know when I correct the balances. It will be done before the next payout this morning.

I just corrected the balances. For the Digitalcoins mined between 3:00AM and 5:15 AM, you were paid at the average earnings of the rest of the day plus 15%. These changes are effective immediately.

Glad you got it all sorted out :) I only got 40000 out of 240000 or so DOGED payout scheduled for tomorrow, but I'm not to worried, as I know things will return to normal soon.
