I can't reset my forums password for other account. Reset email never comes. I have also emailed you but had no reply so not sure if you are getting my emails.

I'm sorry about not seeing your email. I think I know the exact cause of the issue - the SMTP server that our forums use was deactivated. I will change the SMTP server and will let you know when it is ready.

Also having disconnection problems so would need a bit of help to troubleshoot. It's something with the pool as I can show you charts that indicate disconnections roughly every 12 hours, starting at 6am. My miners juts switch to backup pool at that times.

I think I got it working now. I successfully received a password reset email on another account. Please try again and let me know if it works or not.
