Fixed error in Coinbase payouts

There was an error in Coinbase payouts. It turns out that, when we brought the new servers online with new IP addresses, we didn't change the permitted IP addresses for sending money through Coinbase. Coinbase was rejecting our send requests and the money was remaining in our wallet.
We edited the permitted addresses and the money is moving through the network now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is strange. It actually happened with Kires a while ago, but then he stopped encountering the problem and we couldn't reproduce it. I'll look at the error logs to see if there were any errors reported automatically. Let us know if that happens again.

With me, it turned out to be entirely a display issue. When I would open my settings page to check on it, the coinbase link would appear to be gone, so I would re-add it. This happened a few times, but when I checked it from Coinbase's end, I found 5 currently authorized connections from Prohashing. Turns out, the settings page doesn't pick up on the extant connection right away when it's first loaded. Refreshing the page or (I think) just waiting a minute or so should see it update with the right data. YMMV
