i already open an SR but i could not logon to see if i have an answer and a password reset is not possible, so i open a request here.

Since April i'm missing a lot of Payments, could you please check this ?

You need to put in a ticket with support.prohashing.com
its not the same system as the forums or the website, so you may have to make a whole new account in order to login and place the ticket.

We would need more data to even begin to guess, but there is a threshold limit that needs to be reached in order for you to get a payout. Depending on the payout coin you are choosing and how much you are making per day, it may take every 3rd or 4th day before you get a payout.

From your missing payments looks like you did get paid on 6, 10, 12, 13, 18. Not sure how much you are making, if its X11 or equihash maybe $2-$3 a day? If you are asking for bitcoin payouts you need to have $10 before you can get a payment, so it may take a few days to reach that unless there was good luck or a higher payout. Again, without more info I'm just putting a guess out.

Only the offficial support channel will have access to all the data.

If you haven't gotten a payment since the 24th of last month, did you check the settings page to see if you have the IRS info filled out?
If you have made over $600 this year and not filed, your payments might be held up.

I already open a Ticket, but no Answer.
My Treshold is reached every Day and in the first 6 Weeks i receive a payment every Day, but since 03.04 i have the Problem to receive LTC to my Wallet. I'm not Living in the States, so i dont need to fill the IRS Info, right?`

No you still do need to fill it out.

Even if not US resident, and without filling it that may be why its held up.
