if you have been waiting over 24 hours I would say put a ticket in so they can look into it.

Did you update the tax ID info on the settings page?
Is the wallet address saved on your settings page?

Have you made over the threshold needed to get a payout?

Will put in support ticket, wouldn't think i'm over the limit I got a dimecoin payout while I been waiting on mag

if you aren't over the threshold a payout will not be issued.

You have to have a payout eligible over the threshold for it to payout.
Check your numbers.
