Ethereum payout has txId but not on blockchain?

As described in subject, I'm seeing the payout listed from the pool here as txID 0xba448c124c5ba52ddb5059f4df6bd8b1c8ed7f8a00d10e6e2033dd365460189e but there is no corresponding transaction with that ID in the actual ethereum blockchain? It's listed in my earnings as paid out on the 28th.

Hi, I have the same issue.

I’ve opened a ticket for this issue. I reccomend you do the same.

Let’s wait for Chris to answer us and send the payouts to our wallets.

My ether payout also failed on April 29. TXID 0xde5e5374094af7df9db7723fb974aeb1038ffbe1216d6e5eb07687615808a1b6

Hey there,

I've a same issue with TX ID# 0xc688858bfad0226dc7e5d630c68ca7588c81df99f6bcdef3bf3aa7d6c4199ba7
Created a ticket too, but no response so far.
Hope it's be sorted soon.

I had the same issue, was paid this afternoon.

I submitted a ticket, it was responded to but not closed yet.
