Change to forum rules

I wanted to alert everyone to a change in forum rules that is effective immediately, and which we will be posting in the documentation on the website.
There have been a lot of plagiarized posts that have recently appeared in the forums. For an unknown reason, some users are copying and pasting other people's content from news sites and posting it here. The posts read like news articles instead of legitimate discussion.
Feel free to write blog posts or to report your own news here, but it is no longer permissible to post verbatim copies of articles from other sites. This rule is in addition to our previous restriction of links in new topics to sites that discuss at least two or more products or services. We will also be updating the rules to state that when an account has five or fewer posts, we reserve the right to delete all posts and ban an account without warning when all posts violate the rules.
