Bitcoin payment not received

hello...minimum threshold has been reached but btc payment did not go trough

Payment will happen within 24 hours of threshold, after 12am eastern standard time.
I have had payments take up 12-16 hours.
If threshold has been met and more 24 hours have gone by, check to make sure you have wallet address, and check if you need to provide tax information.
Otherwise, submit a support ticket and they will straighten you out
