Cannot connect

I haven't been able to connect since the upgrade, using the exact same login info.
Anyone else having this problem?

Obvious question 1: Have you turned the miner off at the wall, waited till the fan stops + 10 seconds and switched back on?
Obvious question 2: Have you restarted your router?
If not, please do both, preferably rebooting the router whist the miner is off.
Next, if your algo is sha-256 check the password arguments
n=sha a=sha-256
Even with scrypt, I've had to adjust the password arguments, mine are current set to
n=ltc101 scan-time=7 expiry=28

Interested in how rebooting the router/miners change anything? My miners connect fine everywhere else... it's just prohashing that doesn't work?

Could you post or send your IP address in a support ticket?
I'm investigating similar issues and need the IP address from which you are trying to connect.
