Prohashing Support Teckits NOT WORKING

Hi,
I have 2 support tickets opened : UST-3763 and UST-3821 form 7 days ago and no answer till now
is help center is useless ?

I apologize for the delay. We're backlogged with a large number of issues that happened to occur at the same time we have scheduled major upgrades and are beginning training of new staff.
Unfortunately, I can't give an ETA of when the tickets will be resolved. I'm keeping everyone updated on the forums.
