Export Earnings - Not working... Help

I need to export my earnings, from 2017. Every time I hit the export button and enter the parameters - I get the message saying the download will begin, but it never does. Help. I need this information for taxes.

Maybe you got blocked popup window?
That was problem with me.

That has been the case with every ticket that's been created about this issue. Try disabling your popup blocker, as the browser creators require a new window to download files for security reasons.
