We found another issue that is causing equihash lost blocks. It turns out that we were shallow copying transaction objects, instead of deep copying them, which caused other transactions to be modified unintentionally, and that caused a hashMerkleRoot mismatch to be returned from the daemons. The restarts will take only two minutes.
