Hello,

The system submitted a payment of the 808Coin on 3-12, but it never came in the wallet.
Also, there is no transaction ID on the payment.
Can you please check what the status of this transaction?

Why am I being ignored??? This is the second case I opened and there is zero response on both!

By OPENING A CASE...you mean you went to support.prohashing.com and filled in a support ticket right?

Because posting on here in the forums, or in the chat, or sending direct Emails.....are NOT ways to open support tickets and get answers or a resolution.
