Gamecredits disabled

We have decided to disable the mining and payouts of Gamecredits indefinitely. All exchanges have "locked" their wallets for Gamecredits after the developers announced a hard fork because there doesn't seem to be consensus over which blockchain will be canonical. As a result of what happened with Gamecredits, Chris and I will be reviewing our policy about hard forks and are considering changing our policy to disabling coins for several weeks after hard forks are announced. Hopefully, the crash in the price of Gamecredits, which is rightfully deserved, will caution future developers from issuing hard forks unless they are absolutely necessary.
This fork caused losses of about $50,000. Since we comprise a large portion of the network's blocks, I am going to talk with Chris to propose to exchanges to fork the Gamecredits network onto two separate coins - as happened with ETH and ETC - so that some of this value can be recovered for us and for customers who are owed Gamecredits. Until we can come to a solution, Gamecredits will remain disabled.
