key words being ...."UP TO DOUBLE". In other words, you likely won't ever actually see double.
Having a TV service that gets UP TO 200 channels, can't be sued when you only get 4 channels...because 4 is up to 200.

NO....buying at .02 will likely get you .02000000001
which...is up to double....not AT double, but getting up near it....or far away from it in this case.
