URGENT - Lost Authenticator
Hi,
My iphone sunk to the bottom of ocean.
Got new iPhone, restored from backup.
The Google Authenticator app I had for Two Factor, doesn't have all my 2 Factor information.
How do I get my account back?
Anyway to get me verfied so I can log into my account again please?

Re: URGENT - Lost Authenticator
Hmm... There has to be a way. I cannot just loose my coin / account.
Re: URGENT - Lost Authenticator
Prohashing has already made a statement regarding this, if you don't backup your 2FA keys and you lose your 2FA device, unfortunately you have to create a new account.Sue-Bee wrote:Hmm... There has to be a way. I cannot just loose my coin / account.
Re: URGENT - Lost Authenticator
Oh boy... Please ProHashing... can you reset / remove my 2FA?
Can't you call and verify?

No money has been lost. Inactive accounts are paid out automatically after 90 days. Unfortunately, however, it's not possible to reset two-factor authentication codes, because many customers depend on our policy of refusing to reset them.Sue-Bee wrote:Hmm... There has to be a way. Re: URGENT - Lost Authenticator
Ok thanks ... That was the part I was worried about... I'll check again in 90 days
Re: URGENT - Lost Authenticator
Is that the case even if the account hasn't met the minimum threshold?Steve Sokolowski wrote:Inactive accounts are paid out automatically after 90 days. I think that's what Steve meant, that the coins mined, even below threshold will be delivered after 90 days
At least that is what I'm hoping, otherwise, back to square one

Yep. The transaction fees the network charges are deducted from the balances, but everything is paid in full at the 90 day mark. That's because we want to get money off our books as quickly as possible.Sue-Bee wrote:I think that's what Steve meant, that the coins mined, even below threshold will be delivered after 90 days
