Prohashing not paying me out
Hello. I have reached the payout limit a few times now and have yet to get paid out in over 4 days. I am very concerned since there is no manual payout option (that I can find), Can someone help me out here?

if you can post up a pic we can look and maybe help.
BUT, if you have had a coin, with a checkmark on it for more than 24 hours
you should put in a ticket.... support.prohashing.com

Sorry from that picture I can't really help you.
The payout eligible value is NOT over the threshold on the Bitcoin so technically far as I can see you should NOT get a payout yet.
And there shouldn't be a checkmark on the payout eligible value until the eligible value is OVER the custom threshold.
However the Litecoin payout IS over the custom so it should have gotten the checkmark and it should have paid out the following 24 hours.
If it has not paid out and it has been over 24-hours, please put in a ticket with support.prohashing.com and they will look into it for you.
