Due to poor database performance this morning, we took the website offline. That will allow the share inserters to catch up, as they had been getting behind.

Once the share inserters have caught up in an hour, then I'll bring the website back online and begin troubleshooting the cause of the problem. In the meantime, no money has been lost and mining can continue as normal.

This issue has been restarted. I just needed to let the share inserters catch up, and then restart the database. Chris will fix the hashrate charts later today.

We still don't know why this problem happens occasionally. We'll upgrade to Postgres 10 as soon as possible, and then if it keeps happening, spend some time on an investigation.
