Steve - Any chance you would consider doing PPLNS for your larger miners?
The PPS share is great when you are small, but there is no "reward" form larger miners. PPLNS also reward the larger miner for finding the majority of the blocks.
Given the drop in profitability relative to pre-bitconnect, are you looking for ways to reward the larger miners to stay in the pool?
