Good morning! Today's update will be brief, so that I can devote as much time as possible to the memory leak.
  • The memory leak crashed the system again for a few minutes this morning again. However, Chris's notification system triggered an alarm and he was able to get everything running in five minutes.
  • All effort today is being spent on support tickets, resolving the memory leak, and enhancing the website to reduce the number of support questions.
  • Chris fixed our DKIM E-Mail issue and then began working on the oldest support tickets from the old support system. His #1 priority will be working on support tickets now until he is caught up, after which he'll then begin implementing new coins to improve profits.
  • I was able to get profitability up about 1% by making the system less conservative about pricing. I'll be writing more about how we set our fees in a different full-length post, so that I can refer questions about how we came up with fees to that post. However, that will wait until the memory leak has been resolved.
