Rupee (RUP) payouts not happening...
Hi! I've had Rupee (RUP) eligible payouts available for quite some time now, and they don't get paid. I've tried different RUP addresses just in case there was an issue depositing to a specific wallet, and no success. Rupee 0.07854670 is currently sitting in my account, unable to get it deposited to my wallet. What to do?

What is the default threshold for Rupee? Do you have a custom one set, if so, what is it currently?

It doesn't have a default payout threshold, and I didn't set a custom one either. The earnings display shows (with the check mark, so eligible now):
Payout eligible: 0.07854670 (payout within 05:36:38)
Payout threshold: (default, no fee)
Network minimum: 0.00000001
When the timer expires, a new 24-hour timer starts. It's been like that for over a week...

The coin may be in error.
Check the wallet address you have in and make sure its not a novaexchange wallet.
Pick a new wallet form another exchange you have access to and try that one, and if it still hasn't sent in the next 24 hours after trying the new wallet, definately stick in a ticket https://support.prohashing.com and Constance will take a look into it for you.
