Cannot connect

Hi, when can my miner connect again to pool? Since 3 day no connection possible, I thought after update all will work now

The upgrade was adding things to the system so the system can be fixed and expanded.
The upgraded didn't actually fix the system, it just allowed the fixed parts to be added to the system when they are ready.
There is still a worker cap in place.
And other than 2-3 hours of downtime on wednesday, all the rest of normal operations should be working fine.
My miners have been connected for 3 days except the time the pool was offline for the upgrades and moves.
You might want to unplug your router for 2 mins, reboot the modem, then reboot the machines if they are still not finding the site.
try a ping from that miner system, can it see prohashing on a ping or tracert?
