US Dollar payout not working

Hi, I have exceeded the $50 payout threshold (currently at $55). I've connected to my coinbase account and it the countdown timer for payout has already passed more than 24hrs.
Why am I not getting paid out?

it pays out early in the morning Eastern Stardard Time

Oh interesting. So it's not really 24hrs from when you first start mining a coin/dollar?

no its 24 hours from previous days payout
