the pool status of Dogecoin solo mining ist dead.
Why is that? Am I doing something wrong?

Dogecoin is a merge-mined coin, so it doesn't make sense to solo mine it. It would be hugely unprofitable, earning about 1% of what you could earn by solo mining an average coin.
You mine dogecoins for free when you mine other coins.
