Strange situation !!!

I reported that I forgot my password and support did not solve my problem till more than 3 days.

In the meantime, my account has been running 24 hours with my 18 antminers !!! since yesterday's payment from prohashning till today

today's payment has not affected to my wallet at all !!!

Where are my LTC prohashing ??? For 18 Antminers L3+ I should earn today quite a few LTC.

I do not have access to my account and I did not receive a payout today even though my devices are still working !!!

Why so impatient? You know they have 24 hours to post payments from the previous day, right? You guys are ridiculous with the where is my payment stuff early in the morning like this. It looks like payments went out like an hour after you posted this.

Your account and its security are YOUR responsibility.
If the site is down, or shares missing, that affects EVERYONE on the pool.
You forgetting your info, only affects you so of course it is of a lower priority.
FYI, make a new account(add a 1 to the old username) and re-edit the miner to use the new username-account, in a day when all the payments have gone through, ditch the old account completely and just forget about account recovery.



Centar: Some things to remember. If they are a newer user, it's likely they assume all new pool sites are scams and people monitor all their payments hard for the first week or so. After you have been on a pool for 2 weeks and have gotten payments sent out every day, you relax a bit, so the new people fretting over where is my payment, totally normal.

Also, not all sites pay only 1 time per day. Some do cash-outs multiple times a day, so when changing to this 1-time per day, and where is the cashout now option? why do I have to wait....because on other pools they may never have had to wait in the past.

Yeah, I get that but all the info is in the Help section if they take the time to read it. It clearly says up to 24 hours for payment. I wouldn't even care if they were asking about the payment say like 4-5 hours later than usual or something like that. It's just when they are all up in arms about it when it's like an hour later than "normal."
