Use single-coin mining if your miners can't restart

If your miners have trouble with frequent work restarts, try using single-coin mining with them. In theory, profitability is lower with single-coin mining, but some miners take as long as five seconds to start new work when a block is found.
A good configuration for very powerful miners is "d=65536 c=litecoin", which should be entered into the password field of your miners. You can single-coin mine any coin that you believe will be profitable or where you want to support its network: "c=auroracoin" will also work for many miners, because litecoins are lower in profitability at present. The exact coin to select is a balancing act between profitability and how much your miners lose to work restarts. When you choose a single coin, other miners, both yours and other people's, who don't use single-coin mining are not affected by your choice.
You can also adjust the difficulty of your miners with the "d=" parameter, which has been available for a while.
