Prohashing Mining Pool Forums

Hi all,

I'm pretty sure many of us having the same issue.
MY miners are mining, yet average efficiency is 0 and I do not get any payments for the mining.
Could you please fix it? Is it just live update part that is down? Are you going to backpay for the missing time as it has been for a while already?

Same here guys. We have taken the decision to switch all our miners to an alternative pool.

I don't only want 5% or 10% (from the "Prohashing.com Bank") of my missing payment.
As I observed, this Problem is existing since about 05:30 GMT.
So Prohashing needs to send us a compensation based on the hashrate we produced at 05:30 GMT
and the live time of the sofrware bug.

Obviously I'm new to this based on the time I joined. Any pro's that can suggest what the norm is when the system goes down this like? Still worth leaving my hashers on here or move them until them problem is resolved?

In other ocasions in the past this kind of problem on the webpage, didn´t afected the earnings because everyone´s hashrate and work done was recorded and there were no profit losses... hope today is the same... let´s be patient and wait for the site reset to confirm that... regards

Same issue here, balance is not increasing for quite some time...

It was down way before 5:30 GMT (I think)
