Warning: some blockchains do not advance

Post by Steve Sokolowski » Thu Nov 06, 2014 9:11 am

I wanted to post a warning that some coins in which users have requested payouts are not advancing because too few people are mining them. We purchase these coins and send them to users, but because miners aren't producing blocks, the coins never appear in the recipient's wallet until someone does start mining again.

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for coins that are not being actively mined. After sending the coins, they are removed from our debts. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payout coin networks are healthy enough to receive coins in their wallets.
