Prohashing Mining Pool Forums

So forgive me if I'm wrong but I thought under found blocks you receive the entire reward for your miner finding the block. I had found a BitconnectCoin block worth about 1200$ !! But I haven't seen any major credit to my account. Is this shared or whats up with found blocks? Most blocks are a few cents or at most a few dollars so this one really peeked my attention. Thanks

if youre mining PPS the block reward is split between the pool, if you mine solo, you are not credited shares, however you get the block reward minus pool fees.

Darn i got so excited lol i figured. Thabks tho for the clarification. Wonder if i should tweak my settings i have them on default mining scrypt an i feel even mining ltc straight i would be making them or even more then mining the most profitable coins. I've read a lot of the forum posts so maybe it is the overall server? Might have to run some tests after a week or so. Any input woukd be greatly appreciated. Props to the pool owners working hard to make it the best they can.

default settings coin switching yeilds the best profit. what are your settings and what equipment are you running

They are default settings basically and im running 15 L3+ out of a data center

using d=131072 is the best difficulty to run them at
