Yes in setting reduce the payout threshold. You will incur a tx fee if below default value

i think hes asking to convert existing balance, the answer to that is no. what ever you have in btc stays, once you change your payout currency, only new shares will credit to ltc.

or just mine 2 or 3 more days until you can hit the threshold and get paid out
