Now that it's value has increased, will the minimum payout be changed?

I tried to set a custom payout (with fee) and waited several days and it never paid out.

So I allocated some more to Monero for a few days and reached and surpassed the mining payout threshold which showed to be .177 with .179.

I stopped mining Monero and waited a few days for a payout.

Now this morning it shows a default payout threshold of .245?

So manual payout doesn't seem to be working and default threshold keeps changing? What's up with that?

Payout threshold: 0.24594172 (default, no fee)

While I don't have access to that data here, my guess is that the value of Monero declined, making it necessary to have more of it to satisfy the payout threshold.
