I think I am having an issue with being paid for accepted shares. Before the latest update the earnings page showed payouts for each accepted share and now it is showing nothing. Also it doesn't look like my current balances have changed in a couple of days and the sliders to change my payout assignments are missing on the settings screen. Did something change so these don't show anymore or is this a bug? I just want to make sure I am getting paid for what I submit.

I am still having issues with this, I created a new account and the new one seems to be working fine, so I'm just going to keep mining on the new account.
This might be something that needs to be looked into further.

What is the username of your first account? I will look into this

I just looked at your account and see the issue. Somehow your all of of your payout coins got removed from the display, which should not be possible. It's definitely a bug, after a few minutes of diagnosis I still can't find any obvious reasons why this behavior would occur. I am going to have to do some testing on our development server to attempt to replicate the problem so that I can then proceed to fix it.

As far as I can tell this issue did not affect your earning and payouts, just the display. Please let me know if this issue reoccurs in the other account. In the meantime, I'll update you with what I find in my testing. Thanks.

Thanks, I was online and hashing when the pool went offline for the last update, I think my miner might have tried to restart a few times. I don't know if that would have caused it. When the site did come back online I checked the ignore payout threshold button before the miner reconnected and got an almost instant payout of all the mature shares then reconnected the miner and thats when I noticed the issues. At first I just thought the site was just having some lingering issues from the update and decided to give it a day and try again. When it still wasn't working properly I decided to try making a new account and see if that one would work and it did.

Chris can answer the original question, but I looked at the balance issue. It turns out that you were overpaid for that account slightly, so the balances are negative, which is why they don't show up. The concurrency issues caused some shares to be recorded multiple times. There's no need to worry about that; the difference is a few cents.

I also edited this post to state that I added a bug report so that we can fix the issue of negative balances. It's technically possible for a person to have a negative balance of fractions of a penny if a transaction fee causes their entire balance to be paid out, so we need to fix the system to display that.

I noticed the second account I made after the first wasn't working was showing a slight negative balance on the 42 Coin balance today but it didn't go all crazy like the other account.
Should I try mining on the old account for a while and see if it starts working properly?
