Reduced support Sunday to Tuesday

From Sunday, August 20 to Tuesday, August 22, we will enter "reduced support" mode while we travel to the solar eclipse in the Great Smoky Mountains. During "reduced support" periods, critical issues like downtime and share corrections are addressed immediately, but "stuck coin payout" issues and new user tickets can experience delays in response time.
The traffic on I-81 is projected to move at just 40 mph on Sunday, so Chris will be sitting in the backseat for about 13 hours examining the future of the project. While Verizon's roaming in Canada is poor, I-81 has towers along the entire route and it's possible nobody will notice much of a difference.
We apologize for the quick turnaround to another trip. Unfortunately, we can't control the date of the eclipse, and we might be dead before the '24 total eclipse comes to Pennsylvania.
