Pool down
I can not connect to the pool for the past hour. I think the problem is not with my miner?

Re: Pool down
I apologize. Something happened and the pool was down for about an hour, which is about the worst thing that can happen. I'm not exactly sure what happened yet, but I will investigate. Things seem to be running normally now.
I'm going to ask Chris to write a script to restart the server if the script detects that the pool has gone down. There has never been any unplanned downtime in the past 3 months, so this is the first time it happened and we need to figure out why.

Re: Pool down
I investigated this, and it turns out that the mining server ran out of memory.
The cause of the problem was that we were mining a coin that had a high block time. We need to keep a list of all the previous shares in memory to prevent people from submitting duplicate shares. These shares are deleted from memory when a new block occurs, but in this case the server ran out of memory before this block was found.
The solution is to add more memory to the mining server, which Chris will do during this Saturday's release.
