Chat is not for official support requests

Recently, there have been a few customers who have made requests of Chris through the chat, and then have been confused as to why they received no response.
If you have an issue that needs attention from Chris, please E-Mail or call him using the information on the "contact" page. You can also make a post in the "support" forum. To eliminate confusion, we're going to modify the documentation to state that we can't guarantee responses to chat messages.
The chat is great for quick questions to other members and for discussing current events, but it scrolls by too fast and it's difficult to locate questions directed to Chris hours before when he isn't online. The chat also doesn't allow for detailed responses by Chris.
Sending official support requests, like payout difficulties or account issues, through the other methods will ensure that your request doesn't get lost.
