Hi bachel,

In the "news" forum, there is a post about how the database for the forums disappeared on Monday, and we had to restore it from backup. We aren't sure what the problem was, but data that was created between the backup date and Monday was lost. You probably created your account then, and we apologize for that. We made the backups occur more frequently to prevent this from having as much impact, should it happen again.

No, my account is around 3 weeks old and also had a thread with payout problems that gone as well

still, no payout and have roughly 3 times the threshold in my account

The backup was restored from the end of December, so that's the reason why your account had been lost. Sorry about that. Full backups of the forum server are now made nightly.

I understand that you would like to be paid as quickly as possible, and we strive to get our payouts out as quickly as we can. But hopefully you can see that the bitcoin network is overloaded, and therefore we can no longer guarantee a specific time of the day that bitcoin payouts will occur.

We still are able to promise that you will be paid at some point during the 24 hours after money is earned, just not necessarily at the same time every day anymore. The cause is out of our hands; the money coming from the exchanges is being delayed by the network, and we can't get it any faster even if we wanted to pay more. Chris has programs that notify him of problems and which allow him to work on them even before customer complaints are received.

Feel free to point out if a payment hasn't been received at least 24 hours after it was earned. In that case, it would be great if you could include the specific coin that is having problems and the date when you earned the coins. But if a full day hasn't passed, then we ask that you wait until the next midnight, when enough time will have passed so that the unreliable bitcoin network confirms all the money we need to send out to our customers.

Ok Thanks I have to change my code then because my freaking server sends me a sms after it didnt recive the threashold I set for it after 24h

One other thing the api you provide never shows the total hashrate only the hashrate of each worker will this maybe be fixed ?

because I would like to get all my scrypts hear have to run them at clevermining because of this
