Can it be done from a mac or only windows?

On my A4 the pool is showing as DEAD, any thoughts? I've moved the difficulty about and have confirmed no firewall in the way. Port 3333 to NH works .

Someone reported a similar issue but did not pay attention to the case-sensitivity of usernames. Did you use the wrong case of letters, perhaps?

Site login all lower case as well as in miner config.

Unfortunately, there have been some connectivity issues with some users that we haven't been able to reproduce. This might be one of those issues.

The key information we need to diagnose the problem is your username, which isn't included in the image. If you're willing to share that, then perhaps we could investigate what, if anything, is different about this account.

@Steve: Update made? Miner is showing pool as alive.

@Steve: once I added setting to the password field I lost the pool again. Remove values in password and still DEAD.

set the miners difficulty to 1 and reconnect. let it run for about 15 to 20 minutes and it may start hashing. I had a similar problem reconnecting after a restart.
