I can't find any issues in your balances. When are you checking the balance page? Are you checking it immediately before the payout time?

The balance was around 1.10$ for several days now until today 1.00$. I didn't mine for ETH during the last days.
I activated now the ignore threshold option. Let's see if I get paid with the next payout.

Did you get paid? If not, Chris can look into this issue today.

Elanaz, I will check on your payments today. I am working right now on getting trading to occur more frequently so we don't lose money when the price of Yocoin inevitably crashes, but I should be able to take care of the payments by the end of the day. I will reply once I have investigated and fixed the issue.

Hi Elanaz. I sent out your Netcoin balance. The Topcoin balance will take a few more hours. Our client was out of date and was thousands of blocks behind. I will send out the Topcoin payment as soon as the chain synchronizes.

Hi Chris:
I have around 0.062 BTC payments on hold for some days despite I’ve reached the threshold payment amount. It seems BTC payments are not working properly and there are no transactions ID either.
I have a BTC address starting with 1HGyRT and I have another one BTC address starting with 3GTxdpCqqj that I would like to use as primary wallet. Is that OK to use the last wallet address starting with 3 or should I use the one starting with 1?
Can you solve this issue please?
Thanks

Hi everyone. We've had an exchange withdrawal issue that delayed Bitcoin payouts for a few hours. The payments went out about 30 minutes ago and should be in your wallet by now.
Elanaz, the Topcoin payment was sent this morning.
Bitebites, you can use any valid BTC address. We validate all wallet addresses with their respective coin client, so if you enter an invalid wallet address, you will receive an error. If you can successfully add the wallet through the website, then we can use it. I checked your account, and your balance is just slightly below the $10.00 automatic Bitcoin payout threshold, which is why is hasn't paid. Bitcoin price must have decreased since you last checked, which is why you were not paid today. You can ignore the payout threshold to ensure you get a payout, or just earn a little more money to push your balance above the automatic threshold.
zahidpervez, I am not quite sure what you are asking. Are you referring to a Litecoin payout to Cryptopia? What is the username of your Prohashing account?
