Please look at your earnings again. You were paid for the mining on the 21st - it was sent on the 22nd. Your earnings for the 22nd have not yet been paid because they did not meet the payout threshold.

There was no payout on the 21st which would have been for the 20th. In other words I received regular payouts every day up until the 20th. The next payout I received was on the 22nd and it was slightly larger than normal but not what I would expect from a two day payout. So the payout that should have occurred on the 21st did not occur.

The Total Earnings tile which I guess you are saying is in error says:
19th $7.25
20th $7.49
21st $7.45

I have payouts at my BTC address from you equal to:
20th $7.25
22nd $8.14

So the final explanation looks like this:
Sorry our shit was all screwed up, we can't really explain what happened or what any of the numbers mean. But take out word for it we didn't screw you when we skipped paying you. Done mining here that's for fucking sure.

I'm sorry we weren't able to help you.

This issue stemmed from an earlier issue with payouts after the database upgrade, which caused payouts to occur on different days. As you can see, the payout totals now match your earnings. Chris triple-checked to ensure that all of the money that went out exactly matches what is in the system, and all of your payouts are definitely recorded on the blockchain..

There is still the money in your account from your mining on the 21st, which you pointed out as not having been paid, since the payout threshold wasn't met. If you choose to go to another pool, you can have that paid out tomorrow by checking "ignore payout threshold" before you leave. Best of luck, and hopefully you'll consider us again in the future!

Well Steve your customer service is good, I'll say that much. I apologize for losing my shit, I am obviously very frustrated. The 'Account Activity' tile has always been opaque. I have already ticked the box to trigger the payout. I won't be back though.
