my balance is far higher than the threshold.

My lcc is under the threshold even lowering it well under my holding, it is not cashing out, reading the tweet on main page we are informed some coins that is not functioning atm will be sorted soon.

i used southxchange.com to dump my original LCC
tradesatoshi.com also does LCC

You were allowed to transfer lcc into the exchange, or this was lcc that was already on the exchange because you held litecoin on the same exchange at the time of the fork? I know several exchanges trading lcc but non that allows you to transfer more lcc to the exchange.

transfered in, also moved in some bch and then pulled out LTC. this was back, what? february?
they may have changed policy since then.
