And again I question the validity of those results. Taken over 12 hours, not even a full 24-hour period.
What if PH is more active at night, what if NH has more business at night, depending what time of day you run a 12-hour test you could still be missing the lion's share of the profit reports.
But at least it was multiple data points taken from 2 places AT THE SAME TIME so at least the environment was replicated in each data collection.
Take note here CritterDog, this is at least how you go about collecting the data.

Well if you want to know for yourself, do it yourself. So I did.
I rebooted 6 L3+ miners running latest firmware patch, altered the settings for their pools to isolate sets of 2 to each of:
Prohashing
Nicehash
Litecoinpool
I started the hashing just after midnight clicking apply right down the line of all 6 miners.
I stopped just a minute shy on all 6 right down the line in the same order to try and equalize the time each had on the pools.
These are the results I found.
Please feel free to experiment or run your own tests.
---------------------------------------------
PROHASHING.COM---30.815
0.77415876 LTC earned for the day.
61.63 daily earned profit.
61.63 / 2 == 30.815
1MH/s expected payouts for test day==.0719 X 1000 = 71.9
61.63 / 71.9 = .85716 aka only 85% of projected payout.
-15% due to effeciency? and or + fee?
---------------------------------------------
NICE HASH---34.19
Nicehash drops earnings into your nicehash wallet at 6AM. They charge a fee to deposit it into your wallet.
I ran the test from midnight to midnight but I waited until 6 AM the following day to
get accurate count of what was deposited each 6AM tick to get totals for the data.
Exchange rate of 1 BTC = 4600 USD was used.(average price for the test day for bitcoin.)
0.0038585--from midnight to 5:55am.--deposit to wallet.
0.01146963 from 5:55am til midnight.
-------------
0.01532813 deposits for the day.
X .03 ---fee charged to move the money OUT of NH 3% if over .1 BTC, if under .1 its 4% to move out.
----------------
0.0004598439
profit.....minus fees....equals profit sellable for the day.
0.01532813 - 0.0004598439 == 0.0148682861
0.0148682861 X 4600 == 68.39411
68.39411 / 2 = 34.19
---------------------------------------------
LiteCoinPool---29.54
Daily Average 1,017 MH/s (last 24 hours)
0.367
0.367
--------
0.734 X 80.50===59.087 / 2 == 29.54 no transfer fee.
---------------------------------------------
If the Prohashing expected payouts were on target and paying like they claimed on their main web page chart we could all stay here and hash but those values on the main page are off by over 15% from what people are actually being paid, which puts nicehash up on top by 10% profits. I do enjoy mining here at Prohashing, but if the profits are 10% higher someplace else I have to go where the money is.
IF the issues of the PH payout percents ever gets resolved and the profit margin here gets better than Nicehash I will be happy to come back.
I'll run 1 more test tonight selecting 2 miners to mine with BTC payouts on NH and PH to compare directly what each deposits the next day as a final figure.

There was a period of lost shares this morning which resulted in our profits being too high. Chris is going to make adjustments later today.
We know of other issues with earnings calculations but unfortunately we can't address them right now. Our primary goal is to get the mining server running as stable as possible so that rejected shares are reduced. Then, we need to continue to investigate the network issues with the share inserters that JKDReaper reported that can cause people to be credited for earnings based upon the wrong time periods. That second one is the most likely cause for the profit discrepencies you reported. There may also be issues with the numbers being reported to to the site.
I apologize for the delays. We're working as quickly as possible to resolve these issues, but have not yet been able to find a qualified lawyer in this field to help us move forward. If you know of one, the biggest help you could be is to make a recommendation.

can you better define OUR PROFITS BEING TOO HIGH, replace the (OUR) pronoun.
(The owner's profits) were too high--they will pay out to the miners missing $$$.
(The miner's profits) were too high--we are being penalized/$$$ taken away.
(Pool expected Payout)was too high--The expected payouts were miscalculated on the main page-recalculated values should be closer to what we actually made, but no changes to those daily profits up or down.
I am guessing the OUR means one of the 3 things above, but I'm not sure which case fits here.
Please elaborate.

If PH can get their act togheter it might be good days ahead...
But...:
Average mining efficiency
